Delivery Notice: Weekends and Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the following
working days. Where we have mentioned in any literature or on our website a certain
number of hours following receipt of an order, those hours are considered to run from the
start of the following working day.
Orders are usually despatched as a complete order unless you contact us and arrange an
alternative solution. Should you require your order to be split, for example to receive
photographs sooner, as these are ready quicker than fully personalised DVDs in most cases,
this can be arranged, although we may suggest you pay for the additional postage.
Our DVDs are bespoke productions and as such take some time to produce. This timescale is
usually 4 – 6 weeks from date of order or filmed event, whichever is later. We will however
aim to process these as quickly as we can. Note that in extremely busy periods or due to any
technical issues outside of our control, it could take longer than 6 weeks. If you have waited
6 weeks please contact us and we will update you with an estimated timescale.
Photograph only or Re-ordered photograph orders are quicker and we will aim to turn these
around as quickly as possible.
