BCA are pleased to have been involved in the recent service, held on 18th June 2015 at St Paul’s Cathedral, to commemorate the 200th year since the Battle of Waterloo. Our brief was to provide image magnification and video relay to allow members of the congregation to more easily view the proceedings. Based on this outline we provided four robotic, four manned and one locked off HD camera, all routed back to our portable production unit via HD-SDI cabling. During the service these were all mixed and displayed via HD distribution to eight HD screens strategically placed in the cathedral. Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, the Earl of Wessex, Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, Prime Minister, President of the European Parliament, Lord Mayor of London and the Duke of Wellington were in attendance. For more information relating to the service visit the St Paul’s Cathedral website.
