Covid-19 Update – November 2020

We’re here and working during this period

But however, due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, BCA staff are currently working reduced hours.

We are still providing our services, but our responses to emails may take longer than usual.

The office phone will also not be answered as frequently, so if you have an enquiry then please send us an email to

We are still editing, printing photographs and shipping orders.

We have a member of our production team working reduced hours at this time. They are fully respecting social distancing measures by working alone in our office where the editing facilities and photographic printing machines are based.

Due to the current situation, it may be difficult to obtain certain types of picture frame that we would normally stock. If there is a particular picture frame you would like, please contact us first to check stock levels.

We are able to process and post orders out during the week with our usual carrier Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
