The editing and personalising of orders is a time consuming process. Great care and attention is taken over each and every order. With each film individually personalised our editors spend several hours editing each order, locating each recipient and their guests on over 16 hours of footage recorded during each Investiture.
Individual orders can therefore take up to 4 weeks to process, edit and complete. However, in exceptional circumstances please allow 6 weeks.

The above are currently having the master film made from the date of the Investiture. When this is ready the individual personalisation and DVD creation can begin.
Re-Orders: Any re-order is being turned around within a couple of weeks of receipt of order.
