If you are attending one of the Garden Parties above, you will have received information on how to order a DVD of the occasion with your invitation. Each film produced contains sequences edited together with material filmed on the day and inter cut with 'behind the scenes' preparations.
These 30 minute films give a fascinating glimpse of the organisation for a Garden Party and capture the actual afternoon's proceedings.

We will shortly update the area below with the progress of editing each of the films from the above Garden Party dates.

Production progress:
There are four main processes in the creation of a Garden Party film. Below are the stages, showing the relevant Garden Party date in each relevant stage of production.
Editing of these films is time-consuming and can take 6 - 8 weeks due to the amount of footage captured on the day.

Digitizing
(Capturing the footage filmed and transferring it to the computer storage disks ready for editing to begin).

Editing
our editors start the process of looking through over 14 hours of footage which was filmed during the Garden Party.

Replication / Printing
When the film for a particular Garden Party date has been edited and reviewed the inlay for the DVD is prepared and the master DVD prepared for production of individual DVDs, a process know as 'replication'.

Despatch
Processing of your order, payment and posting. This is usually 6 - 8 weeks after the date of the Garden Party. The "anticipated" date below is when we estimate that we will start posting out orders.
