Natalie joined BCA in 2002 to support the business requirements of the company. Her role is to both oversee the business operations, and further develop new business. She is responsible for the project management for all ‘client’ needs from their conception to output. In tandem with her operational duties Natalie also looks after the office management at BCA.

With a Marketing Diploma and previous experience for global organisations Natalie has brought a variety of traits to BCA including; a high level of customer service management, project management, strong business acumen and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
