Mark Hamilton, camera man for corporate video and company promotional film

Mark Hamilton began working with BCA at its conception in 1990 and has worked on the majority of projects undertaken ever since. Today he oversees the output on all, 'Royal' and 'Corporate' productions.

Filming at over 300 Investitures, Mark wrote and produced the revised Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, ‘Path of Honour’ Investiture videos and, in 2008, after these ceremonies were introduced to Windsor Castle, Mark wrote, produced and directed the subsequent documentary.

In 2003 he wrote and produced the, 'Queen’s Official Garden Party' film and has since produced and directed the commemorative films each year at both the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Buckingham Palace.

In 2009 he wrote and produced the revised, St. John’s Investiture videos and more recently he's written, produced and directed the, 'Holyroodhouse Tour Guide' documentary and revised editions of, 'Buckingham Palace' and 'Windsor Castle' for the Royal Collection.

Since his father, Peter Edwards CVO, passed away in 2007 he has co-run the business element of the company with his brother, Jonathan Edwards. In tandem with these commitments, Mark has continued to develop as an independent cinematographer and shot numerous projects within the film, advertising and music industry. Amongst other recognition, in 1997 he won a Royal Television Society Award in Drama Direction for 'Primary Burns'.
